Program Description
Barbell Club at Roadside CrossFit is a specialized training experience designed for athletes of all levels who want to master Olympic lifting technique, build explosive strength, and elevate their performance both in and out of CrossFit classes.
Each session offers structured coaching on the two core Olympic lifts — the snatch and the clean & jerk — along with progressions, accessory work, and individualized attention to help you move better, lift heavier, and develop confidence under the bar.
Olympic Lift Technique Coaching
Dedicated instruction on the snatch and clean & jerk, with focused drilling, positional work, and clear coaching cues to help you move efficiently and safely.
Power Development
Build the speed, timing, and force output that Olympic lifting demands—translating into stronger pulls, better bar control, and more confidence with heavier loads
Structured Progressions
Whether you’re brand new to Olympic lifting or refining advanced technique, you’ll follow smart progressions with scaling options and individualized feedback to keep improving
Accessory Work
Sessions include targeted strength and mobility work (pulls, squats, overhead stability, and coordination pieces) to improve positions, prevent breakdowns, and drive long-term progress.
